🧰 LOLER Thorough Examination Training – Small Lifting Equipment & Accessories
In any workplace where lifting operations take place, safety isn’t optional—it’s a legal requirement. And when it comes to lifting accessories like slings, shackles, eyebolts, and small hoists, the LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) still apply.
That’s where our LOLER Thorough Examination Training comes in.
At Kentra Training, we provide specialist training designed to give you the knowledge and practical skills needed to complete and understand a LOLER Thorough Examination Report for small lifting equipment and accessories. Whether you’re a safety manager, supervisor, or responsible person, this training ensures your business stays safe, legal, and inspection-ready.

⚖️ Why Is This Training Important?
Lifting accessories may seem simple—but they are critical links in any lifting operation. If they fail, the consequences can be severe: dropped loads, injuries, equipment damage, or even fatalities.
Regular inspections and examinations under LOLER are a legal requirement, and the person conducting a thorough examination must be competent.
Without training, employers risk:
Breaching LOLER regulations
Invalidating insurance
Facing HSE enforcement
Endangering personnel
